Job DetailsWe are looking for a Fairs Operations Manager to join our Fairs & Design team. The position can be filled remotely within Germany. We also offer the opportunity to work in our offices in Berlin and Stuttgart.

You will:

Oversee fair presences and partnerships

Coordinate logistical aspects (booth setup, transportation, accommodation, staffing)

Develop project plans and timelines for efficient execution

Serve as primary contact for on-site teams during fairs
-
Resolve logistical and operational issues swiftly and decisively
-
Manage budget and expenses tracking
-
Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements based on feedback
-
Negotiate partnerships with collaborators in architecture and design community
-
Plan and execute presence at major trade shows
-
Support brand visibility in respective regions to enhance sales efforts
-
Ensure prominent display of branded merchandise at events worldwide
Your skills:
-
A degree in events management or business administration along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
-
In-depth knowledge of the architecture and design community and industry
-
Proficiency in German and English; proficiency in Italian or other languages is a plus
-
Excellent planning abilities, organisational skills, and flexibility to travel as needed

Skilled in negotiation and deal-making
-
Hands-on experience in managing or overseeing trade shows
-
Ability to own processes from A to Z independently but thinking with and for the teams involved
-
Enjoying working in a dynamic field and in liaison between different teams
-
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
